Where are my tickets?

ALL tickets purchased on the website are emailed to you after checkout and attached as a PDF. If you haven't received your tickets within a few minutes of checkout please check your spam folder or verify you entered the correct email address.

Please print your tickets prior to the event or be prepared to show them on your phone to gain entry into the venue. If you choose to show them on your phone turn the screen brightness all the way up and have the barcodes visible.

My bank card or credit card is showing two orders from your website

This happens with some Banks and Credit Card systems. Our process at involves separate authorization steps before a charge is completed. This is not actually a duplicate charge. It is similar to what restaurants do when you start a tab or leave a tip. Some banks will show both transactions, but it should drop off of your statement within one or two days. If the charge does not drop off after a couple of days, please contact support.

I clicked "CHECKOUT" and nothing happened

It's possible for your purchase to timeout while finishing your address information. We do this so all people have a chance to purchase tickets. If this happens, please go back to the checkout page and try again.

Can I get a refund?

Most venues state "All Sales are Final", but the enforcement of this policy is completely up to the venue. is not authorized to make these decisions on the venue’s behalf. Please contact the venue hosting your show to discuss your options. You may communicate with them through the Contact page. If you are unable to get a refund we recommend selling your e-tickets to another person.

I bought tickets for the wrong show or the wrong night - can i get a refund?

I'm 17 - can I attend the show?

Please contact the venue for age restrictions. does not determine age or seating restrictions for any events.

I bought tickets for a friend or family member, but the tickets have my name on them - can they get in?

Yes, the person in position of the tickets will gain enterance regardles of the purchaser.

Can I sell my tickets?

Yes, to sell your tickets simply give the purchaser the electonic tickets (PDF) or a printed copy of the tickets with their barcode.

Can I have tickets mailed to me?

Yes, you can have tickets mailed for an additional charge. Please contact for pricing and information. Also remember that the electronic tickets you print off will always work for entry.

I lost my confirmation email, and need to print my tickets.

Please log into your account, and go to "My Account" then "Order History". You will see all of your orders from this screen and have the ability to reprint them.

My card was declined

Our system communicates directly with your credit card provider, which will typically send back a YES or a NO to our authorization request. Sometimes they will send a reason for declining the transaction, in which case we will display the message. Please double check the zipcode used, as this will often cause declined orders. If your card is declined, please contact your bank or credit card company. cannot "manually" process a card if it's being declined on the website.
